Jane generally treats her patients in the comfortable surroundings of their own homes. Jane lives just outside Sevenoaks in Kent and travels to areas including Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Orpington, Bromley, Beckenham and Chislehurst.

A treatment lasts for approximately one hour. Before the first treatment Jane begins with a detailed consultation. Just the feet are worked on, you remain fully clothed, simply removing shoes and socks.

The benefits of reflexology are that it can reduce stress, increase energy levels, gives a feeling of deep relaxation, the release of endorphins (the body's feel good hormones which can also provide pain relief) improved circulation; a sense that the whole body is in harmony.
